What does the annual maintenance contract cover?
Labour and workmanship for four trades: air conditioning, electrical, plumbing and drainage, and carpentry. It applies on planned visits and callouts, every air conditioning unit is serviced twice a year, and every package includes a 24/7 emergency line.
Do you offer AC maintenance contracts in Bahrain?
Yes. Every Home Care package includes air conditioning maintenance: each unit is serviced twice a year (coil and filter cleaning, drain flushing, a gas pressure check, capacitor and contactor checks, thermostat and fan testing), and labour for AC faults is covered on callouts.
How much does annual home maintenance cost with Benaa?
Apartment BD 95, Villa Essential BD 155, Villa Plus BD 209 and Villa Premium BD 289 a year, plus VAT, paid once a year. Homes with more than 9 units are priced after a free survey.
Why are the packages priced by air conditioning units?
Because air conditioning units create the work, not bedrooms. A wall split unit counts as one unit and a ducted or concealed unit counts as two.
Are spare parts included?
No. Your fee covers labour. Parts are charged only when used, quoted in writing before anything is ordered, and contract holders get 10% off every part we supply.
How quickly do you come in an emergency?
The emergency line is answered 24/7 on every package. We are on site within 8 hours on Apartment, 6 hours on Villa Essential and 4 hours on Villa Plus and Villa Premium.
What is not included?
Parts and materials, AC supply and installation, concealed works, utilities and drainage, tanks, pools and gardens, structural and roofing work, appliances and systems, and work needing access above 3 m or a permit. Each is quoted for your approval before any work begins.
Can I add more units or callouts?
Yes. An extra wall split unit is BD 35 a year, an extra ducted unit BD 55 a year and an extra callout BD 18, all plus VAT.
Is the survey free, and do I have to commit?
The survey is free. We visit, count the units and confirm the package. You commit to nothing until you have seen the price in writing.
How do I subscribe?
